Target Audience
This program is designed for all clinicians and multidisciplinary practitioners in the ketamine and emerging treatments industry. The American Society of Ketamine Physicians, Psychotherapists, and Practitioners (ASKP3) is a non-profit group of professionals dedicated to the safe clinical use of ketamine for mental health disorders and pain conditions.
Attendee Cancellation Policy
Full payment is due at the time of registration. A refund less a $100 processing fee will be given for cancellations that submit a written request to ASKP3. Requests must be received by December 20, 2024. No refunds will be given after December 20, 2024. Requests must be submitted to info@askp.org. In the event that the program is canceled or postponed, we will not be responsible for any travel costs or expenses, including cancellation/change penalties assessed by airlines, travel agencies or hotels.

How to Receive CME Credit
To receive CME credits, ASKP3 has partnered with PeerPoint Medical Education Institute. Attendees will be provided instructions on self-reporting to PeerPoint Medical Education Institute following completion of the program.
To receive CE credits, ASKP3 has partnered with the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology (AANA). Attendees will be provided with a Program Evaluation and Learner Assessment to complete via email at the closure of the Conference. Attendees that complete and return the Program Evaluation and Learner Assessment will have their participation and CEs reported to the AANA by ASKP3 staff.
